This report analyzes the results of the 2008 IACIR survey that asks elected officials about conditions in the areas of health, public safety, economics, land use, local services, and community quality of life. This report is the ninth in a series of periodic surveys of elected officials designed to help policy-makers understand the issues facing local governments.
