Housing and Community Development

Using hedonic models, we demonstrate the effects of neighborhood characteristics on property values. Background work includes investigating and modeling how housing prices vary by location and over time, particularly in the Indianapolis area. We also provide research and strategic planning for neighborhood and community groups.
